The freedom to be you is an important part of achieving your dreams and life purpose.
What is it that you really want?
Who do you want to be?
Do you want to feel fully alive?
Do you want the inner freedom to live in love and joy?
One of the most important things in life is who we become. And I have good news. You don’t need to be
burdened by this because you grow by the power of the Holy Spirit to become the person God
created you to be.
God’s got this.
God created you as the unique person you are. You are called to bring God’s wisdom and glory to those around you. You are blessed to be a blessing.
But how do you do this?
By being uniquely you. You are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for you to do.
You are not to be just like someone else. You don’t need to be a carbon copy of another person. You do not need to do life the same way someone else does. You are called to be the person God had in mind
when he created you.
Finding that person and growing as that person can be a grand adventure.
When was the last time you surprised yourself and caught a glimpse of the person you were made to be?
Did you say something inspirational, and think, "Did I really say that? Wow!"
Did you help someone without anyone noticing what you did and it sparked life in you?
Were you patient with someone or something that would exasperate another person?
Did you lose yourself in your art or music or another project?
Any of these things can give you a glimpse of how you are uniquely created by God. The challenge I have for you is to notice and write
down the things that you make you feel alive, the things that surprise you about yourself the things that you could do all day, make you lose all track of time or even think about
eating and the things that you really enjoy doing.
Noticing these things can help you see the unique person God created youto be.
Writing them down helps you to be
accountable to the things God is showing you.
Taking time to reread them will lead you to a better understanding of the person God created you to be.
