Expressions of Heart Membership Community is an educational group with the purpose of equipping its members to live the life God created them to live. Two membership options exist to promote personal growth. The Weekly Wellness membership is designed to help members incorporate six wellness habits in their life. The Intentional Living membership teaches principles which encourage personal growth through the various seasons of life.
